The buyer of this egg pack stumbled upon the uniquely marked egg and decided not to consume it but rather store it due to its special message. This peculiar egg remained preserved for more than five decades.

Around 20 years ago, the man who possessed the egg showed it to his neighbor, John Amalfitano, who was intrigued by its history. John's curiosity was piqued to find out more about Mary Pos Stan, the young worker who had doodled on the egg, but the passage of time made the search difficult. However, a stroke of luck came through social media when John discovered a community that shared unique items.
